SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED - CAN YOU SEND ME A REPLACEMENT?
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@thepackingcompany.in . If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary).
2. I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address at enquiry@thepackingcompany.in. Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you may be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.
3. I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER THAT I PLACED
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it is placed, however, we can cancel your order prior to fulfilment. Please contact us within 24 hours with your order id at customercare@thepackingcompany.in to cancel an order.
4. I WANT TO ADD TO MY ORDER THAT I PLACED
If your first order has not been shipped, simply make a second order online, and contact us immediately with your order numbers at customercare@thepackingcompany.in to request that we combine the orders.
5. WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER / HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?
Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Indian Standard Time. Once the order is placed we dispatch it within 3-4 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or during a major holiday typically will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details. Once a shipping label is printed, it may take up to 24 hours to see movement on the carrier's website.
We would like to clarify that since couple of our products (boxes & trays) are sent in volumetric weight, we only dispatch them through surface transport which can take average of 7-10 working days for delivery.
Please note the delivery in some cases & non metro cities can take more time than estimated. We only provide an approximate time for delivery and in case shipment is delayed please note that there is no refund, return or cancellation possible for orders placed.
All our shipments which are dispatched are handled through third party logistics and hence we do not take liability of operational issues arising in contingency situations.
ITEMS NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items during our sales periods and any marked-down items and are not eligible for return or refund. The sale made is final and products on discount/sale can have minor differences than image.
All items that have been customised are not eligible for returns or refunds.
In case of delayed delivery by third party logistics we do not offer cancellation and refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand behind all of the products we have curated for our site, and we work with the best manufacturers in the world to ensure you'll LOVE them. We work hard to ensure the design details, quality, safety, and sustainability of our products are top notch. We abide by the terms of each production line. Because we offer such a wide range of products, and because the return policies vary slightly between lines, we suggest asking all questions about return eligibility prior to purchase.
Order cancellations are by exception only, and are not always possible. Once your order is placed, we process it right away. If we are contacted within 24 hours of us receiving the order a cancellation is possible. To determine whether or not your order has gone into production, please contact us directly at enquiry@thepackingcompany.in
We do not provide cancellation for orders already shipped/in transit/delayed delivery.
The cancellation policy does not apply to custom production packaging.
