Return and Refund
We currently do not have a return policy. Orders can only be returned if the size sent by us is different from the ordered size, in which we send you a replacement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable). No used products will be refunded. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the refund is not guaranteed. Product refunds are only accepted if the product is received in a broken/damaged condition.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While it is always a disappointment, sometimes items are damaged during the shipping process. It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect all boxes at the time of delivery, to follow all of the steps below while the delivery driver is still present please take a picture of your package before and after opening it and send it to customercare@thepackingcompany.in
In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
Please note damaged product email needs to be sent within 24hrs of receiving the package since we need to raise escalation to our logistics partner. Any complaints after 24hrs of delivery will not be applicable for refund or replacement.
ITEMS NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items during our sales periods and any marked-down items and are not eligible for return or refund. All items that have been customised are not eligible for returns or refunds.
In case of delayed delivery by third party logistics we do not offer cancellation and refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently we do not provide any exchange option for our products. Hence we suggest you cross check the size, design and other details before placing the order.
